Download must start automatically. If it does not, click here.
You can safely install new version over your existing version, but it may require
the reboot of your computer. To avoid reboot, follow these steps:
If you are running Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 (service) version
- Save downloaded file msxfer.exe on your desktop, or any other location;
- Run Control panel applet, which controls the Mail Transfer, either using shortcut
on your desktop, or from Control Panel
- Stop the service, by clicking Stop button, or File - Stop
- Unregister the service, by clicking File - Unregister Service
- Close Control Panel applet
- Make sure Control Panel itself is closed
- Double click the file msxfer.exe, and follow instructions;
- Launch the control panel application, and start the service.
If you are running Windows 95/98/Me (not service) version:
- Run your Mail Transfer, by double clicking a tray icon, or a shortcut on your desktop
- Stop the service, by clicking Stop button, or File - Stop
- Exit from program, by clicking File - Exit
- Double click the file msxfer.exe, and follow instructions;
- Launch the application, and start the service.
