Please note, then instructions below are for upgrading from the earlier .NET version to the later .NET version. If you are looking for upgrade instructions from Pro version to .NET version, click here.

Mail Server:

Launch the mail server controller (by double clicking an icon on your desktop), stop the server, and exit from it. You do not have to perform this step, but if you do, removal of prevous version will be faster;
Uninstall an existing version of server from Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs. During the removal, you will be prompted whether to keep previous settings. Make sure to answer YES.
Double click MailServerSetup.msi file (or MailServerSetup64.msi for 64 bit systems), and follow prompts. It is important to install the server in the same folder as the previous installation;

Web Interface:

Uninstall the Web interface of Mail Server from Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs;
Double click WebMailSetup.msi file, and follow prompts.
